Yes, I’m late. 😂

July was… a month ago.
Apparently my social media calendar did not get the memo. 🤷‍♀️

But some things are worth being late for — especially celebrating the agents who landed in the Top 100 Teams at eXp for July! 🔥

And let’s be real… this market is not exactly handing out participation trophies.

Buyers are cautious. Sellers are navigating a completely different landscape. Inventory, rates, affordability, uncertainty… there’s plenty out there to make an agent want to crawl under their desk.

These agents didn’t.

They kept showing up.
They kept prospecting.
They kept serving their clients.
