🏡 JUST SOLD! 🎉

After six months on the market with another agent, this home needed a fresh start! The sellers’ parents are past clients of mine and reached out to see if I could help their daughter get it SOLD. ❤️

A fresh coat of paint, a few small updates, professional photos & video… and we were under contract almost immediately! 🙌

We hit a bump along the way through no fault of the sellers, had to sit on the market just a little bit longer… but eventually we found the perfect Buyer, negotiated our way to the finish line, and now it’s officially CLOSED! 🔑
