This one is why I love doing the job. Luke and Carlie wanted to move to Arkansas for a chance at more. More space, more house, overall more freedom. They wanted a quiet place with acreage. They were put in touch with me, they sold their old home, they came down one weekend and we went house shopping. 8 homes with land in 2 days, in July. Finally, the question comes up “What’s Escape Clause, can we see this house that is listed that way?”, I say let’s check it out. Not only is it the home of their dreams on 15 acres, with ponds, a pool, and a shop, it’s VA assumable. We write the offer, it gets accepted. It took a little extra time to close, but today they got to take their family home to their new home, with an amazing interest rate. Thanks to Waco Title in Conway, the listing agent, and sellers. Hands down one of my favorite deals. I look forward to going over to have a cold one on the porch with them while we listen to the quiet.

This one was a bear. After multiple false starts on other properties due to bad inspections and low appraisals, my buddy Lukas finally closed on his new home. I am psyched for him and hope he really enjoys growing his family in his new home. It was a pleasure helping him out. Thanks to Sente Mortgage and Attorneys Title for helping us get across the finish line. This was a great cap to the summer.
