Big things are happening at Belmont Properties!

We held our first official RentCafe Town Hall at Malvern Manor I & II and the response from our residents was incredible!

Residents showed up to learn more about RentCafe, get help getting registered, and ask questions about how this new platform will make paying rent, submitting maintenance requests, and staying connected easier than ever before.

A huge thank you to our amazing team:
⭐ Lisa & Tyler, Site Manager & Maintenance Tech at both properties, for prepping and hosting
⭐ Cody for the idea and leading the way, along with April, Marcy, and Savannah for helping residents register and navigate the new system
⭐ And to all the residents who joined us—we loved seeing the community come together!

With strong attendance, great questions, and a few snacks to keep things fun, it’s clear: RentCafe is already off to a strong start.
