Fun Fact:
"Contractors markup their quotes by 20–40% for investors — and most don't even know it."
*When a contractor gives you a "deal price" for a flip, that price is already inflated. The same roofer who bills a homeowner $4K will quote you $6K the second he finds out you're an investor. Knowing this is the difference between a profitable deal and a losing one.
