Shawn was recommended by a friend. I have worked with many agents in the past but Shawn was by far the best! I had to do little to no work in researching for homes. He was professional and really listened to my needs. It did not take him long to find the perfect home for me. He scheduled appointments and would meet with me on the weekends to look at homes and worked around my very busy schedule. The 30-year fixed mortgage rate was 6.53%, up slightly from 6.51% last week. The 15-year fixed was 5.87%, up slightly from 5.85% last week.
