Steve Sax, Broker Associate Steve Hello, I’m Steve Sax and the majority of my 25-year career has been in the service of the Entertainment and Real Estate Industry.

I began working in the Entertainment industry and was an Emmy-award-winning editor at Warner Brothers. I then got married and had three beautiful children and my priorities changed. I was missing major milestones in my children growing up because of crazy hours, and long work weeks, and weekends with uncontrollable hours. I had always bought, remodeled and sold houses during the summer hiatus’s an

d decided to get my Real Estate brokers’ license as a business decision. When I did, my life changed. Instead of buying a home that summer to remodel and sell, I got inundated by trusted friends and family members asking me to help them buy homes and secure financing for them. That summer made all the difference in what validated me, and what made me happy. I have always been the reliable “go-to” guy for all my friends, and helping all those people find homes and reach their dreams was an incredible feeling. But the biggest thing Real Estate does for me is it lets me watch my kids grow up, manage my time, and be a more present influence in their lives. Michael Douglas said in the movie ‘Wall Street’, “Time is our most valuable commodity.”

Life is too short to waste time. I realized that I could affect more lives, and help my family. I am looking forward to helping yours as well. Business is a marathon, not a sprint, and I have a proven track record of being diligent, responsible, focused, committed (in a balanced way), organized, and above all passionate about being a difference maker in people’s lives. A business and personal relationship can last a lifetime. I look forward to meeting and discussing that opportunity at your earliest convenience, and starting our relationship today. I'm thrilled and proud to announce that we've successfully closed the development deal between my clients, who own the property, and my other clients, who are the developers set to build an iconic property on the WestSide's skyline. It's been a journey of 4 and 1/2 years, filled with over a thousand obstacles and speed bumps along the way. However, we all stayed laser-focused on our common goal and remained committed at every step of this challenging but rewarding journey.



Looking forward to the completion of this Iconic property that will grace the Westside's Skyline.
