Since 1979, Lee & Associates has reimagined the way that commercial real estate companies should be structured. Each Lee & Associates office is owned and operated by its professionals. As shareholders of the company, this separates us from our competition and creates one common goal; to provide seamless, consistent ex*****on and value-driven market-to-market services to our clients. Services to Me

et the Needs of Our Clients:
Lee & Associates’ offices offer a broad array of real estate services tailored to meet the needs of the company’s clients in each of the markets it operates, including commercial real estate brokerage, integrated services, and construction services. With specialty practice groups in each of these disciplines, our professionals regularly collaborate to make sure they are providing their clients with the most advanced, up-to-date market technology and information. Entrepreneurship & Equity:
One of our key values at Lee & Associates is ownership, real equity in the office that you participate in. We give each of our brokers the opportunity to become a principal in their local office. That principal/shareholder standing allows them to not only share in the profits of their local office, but it allows them to have a say in the direction of the company on a national basis. Culture at Lee & Associates means a number of different things; it means the opportunity to be an owner of your local office, to participate in a profit pool at your local office, to invest in the growth of the company, to own real estate with partners in your company or through the Associates Equity Fund (AEF). The difference at Lee & Associates is that our shareholders are our revenue producers, and it is our goal to return those profits in reward for their outstanding client services.

For emerging life sciences companies, scaling from R&D to commercialization isn't just a scientific or operational challenge. It's a real estate one.

As companies move toward production, specialized infrastructure requirements, permitting, facility design and long-term growth needs can introduce costly delays if they aren't addressed early in the process.

In a new article for Area Development, Lee & Associates San Francisco's David Klein and Elijah Hodges examine where life sciences companies often encounter friction as they scale—and how a more proactive real estate strategy can help companies prepare for what comes next.

The economy has remained resilient through elevated borrowing costs and continued uncertainty. But how much of that resilience is left?

In the latest episode of Link by Lee, we examine the signals behind the headlines and what commercial real estate decision-makers should be watching as the economic picture continues to evolve.
