I'm not convinced there's any such thing as a “slow” real estate market.

I know. I know...

A house sits for 105 days and I'm telling you the market wasn't slow?

Yep.

Because what if the house only took five days to sell?

And the other 100 days were spent looking for the market?

There's a difference.

The Nashville real estate market isn't slow.

Neither is Franklin.

Neither is Los Angeles.

The market isn't hiding.

We may just be looking for it in the wrong place.
