This was one for the books! With a tenant still in place, we knew we had to nail our strategy and WE DID JUST THAT! 2 year lease signed, over asking price, and with showings constricted to just 1 HOUR TOTAL.

Couldn't be happier for the owner, a single mother to a beautiful newborn baby, while still in her residency at an out-of-state hospital, as well as her new tenants, a beautiful young family with another baby on the way!

So so proud to be able to make a difference! This one warms my heart a little extra!
