Happy Birthday to my sister, Jody! THIS appeared in today’s fb memories. Us 3 girls having birthday lunch celebrating Jody. My mom loved our girl outings so much. I hope she is watching over us and singing in her best singing voice Happy Birthday to her baby! We miss that voice so much. 😌💗

I’m excited to share that I just closed escrow on this charming home in Lake Balboa! A heartfelt thanks to a dear friend for the referral—it’s always a pleasure to work with trusted connections. When we first discussed putting the home on the market, the sellers wanted to sell it as-is. After exploring more options, they decided to collaborate with Compass concierges ( me) to make some minor updates. So, let the fun begin!

We replaced the flooring, updated the interior paint and lighting, made bathroom improvements, and completed some minor repairs. Once that was finished, I staged the home beautifully! I’m thrilled that we sold it in just 8 days, listed at $859,000 and sold for $920,000. It warms my heart to know that the wonderful buyers are calling this gem their home.

I’m also very excited for my awesome clients as they embark on their new chapter. This is yet another listing where I poured my heart into making it the perfect “Home Sweet Home.” A big congrats to everyone involved!

This was the first thing I saw this morning before the crack of dawn. I was walking to the kitchen to get my coffee, and the blinds were open just enough to catch my attention. It was a peaceful moment. It was just a moment, and then I returned to the reality of the complete and utter destruction and devastation everywhere. Many of us know at least one family and probably more that have lost everything, including their homes. I think about all the helpless animals, including so much wildlife that have been injured or worse 💔. I (we) are grateful for the firefighters and their bravery in working effortlessly around the clock and in the face of danger. They are indeed heroes.

Sometimes time goes by so freakin fast I just can’t keep up! I actually met this wonderful lady and her adorable 🐶 on fb! Yep FB! She was looking for a realtor so she could sell her home and downsize to something more manageable and somewhere in Ventura County. My first thought was her fb messenger is going to blow up with realtors responding and each and everyone of them would let her know that they are the best realtor in the world 😂! So, I thought meh I’m not going to respond. Howeverrrrrrrr, then I thought why not respond🤷🏻‍♀️? I got nothing to lose but a little time. So, I did. I truly did feel like I was the right one because I knew this was going to be very stressful for her and it was going to take some time, a lot of pre planning, preparing, viewing homes in different areas of Ventura County and guidance throughout the process, and that is what I do. I help in every way I can to make the entire process easier and less stressful for my clients as possible. Well, she responded to my message right away and we scheduled an appointment to meet in a couple of weeks. She was going to meet with other realtors as well. Oh and I was right! Her messenger was flooded with emails from realtors. We met and connected right away so there really was no reason for her to interview the other realtors. I was very happy to be the chosen one and even happier because we also became friends. That’s always a bonus! I believe this photo was taken with her friend either the first or second time we went to Ventura. We actually had a blast! We made looking at homes great again😂! We made it all happen and she is super happy in her beautiful home in Camarillo and her new chapter in life with her precious 🐶! I ❤️ them both 🥰
