A little over a year ago, I was referred to the owner of 19939 Hemmingway Street, who lives out of state and needed someone she could trust to take charge here in Los Angeles. At the time, the home was a true 1960s time capsule and needed a complete renovation before it could be brought to market. I took on the project from beginning to end—managing the work, navigating the inevitable challenges and making sure every detail was handled on my client’s behalf.

These are the opportunities I truly love. For me, real estate is about so much more than simply listing a home—it’s about recognizing its potential and bringing it to life. Just closed escrow on this cutie in North Hollywood! 🏡❤️ I am very happy for my very special client.

Why is she so special, you ask? Well, we’ve known each other for a gazillion years! We were roommates many moons ago after meeting while working at Victoria Station next to Universal Studios. (For all you youngsters who have never heard of Victoria Station… yes, we’re definitely dating ourselves! 😂) Those were such fun times with some amazing people, and I’m so grateful for those memories. They’ll always have a special place in my heart.

After many years in California, Kim decided it was time to move back to Michigan to be closer to her mom. While I’ll miss her more than she knows, I’m so excited for her to begin this next chapter and do all the things she’s been looking forward to. Distance doesn’t end true friendships—we’ll always stay in touch, and I know we’ll be friends forever. 👯❤️

And no… we definitely did not cry. 😭😂 Congratulations, little Kim! Wishing you nothing but happiness in your new home and this exciting new chapter! ❤️

Found this today going through old photos 😂 Early in my real estate career… I was #2 in the office a few times. But what really stands out to me is how great my boss was. Such a special time ❤️
