The National Trust for Historic Preservation filed a lawsuit on Dec. 12 aimed at blocking the construction of President Donald Trump's new White House ballroom, alleging it is unlawful and asking the court to halt further construction until the plans go through a legally-mandated review process.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, names Trump, the National Parks Service and several other administration officials involved in a fast-expanding project that already included the demolition of the East Wing and prompted the ire of preservationists and former first ladies including Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama.

Well, I am officially not going back into real estate.
I wasn't too sure about getting back into it but since my strokes, I did a lot of thinking and realized I really don't want or need all that stress. And there is of it in real estate.
It is actually kind of liberating.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do next to make money, but hopefully it will be something that I really enjoy doing... :) :)
*My big dream would be to open a nonprofit theater.
I want it be accessible for people who are learning disabled and/or physically disabled. Similar to how Art & Music programs are done within the school districts. This can also help those in Adult Daycare or within Regional Centers.
The Theater would be used to reach & encourage people of all ages to become part of a group and work towards a live production, where everyone would have had an integral part in the completion of a production with audience.
They will have learned to work together as a group and it really has a such a cohesive bonding that is unlike anything else they will ever experience.

I moved back to Keller Williams (in Calabasas) to put together a Short Sale team. Working directly with a major Bank's Short Sale Negotiator, so we can cut down on the time to close escrow to 30-60 days!!! I will also have a Rental specialist on my team to help the owners find another home. I am very excited and looking forward to the direction of my career.
