In 2006, my wife and I decided to take the chance and make our dream of living at the beach a reality. Today we enjoy spending time with our young daughter, searching for seashells, and building sand castles while reliving beach time memories we enjoyed as kids ourselves. My real estate career allows me to help others accomplish that same dream of spending time with friends and family along our coast. I am passionate about what I do every day– helping my clients through the selling of their homes, guiding buyers in the purchase process, and getting everyone to the final closing. My use of the latest online technologies allows me to better communicate with my long-distance clients, not only through text, email, and pictures, but through pre-recorded and live video as well. Sometimes, technology can play a role in showing a client a great opportunity, helping them to make a quicker decision before another party has time to make an offer. I keep up with the latest technologies so my clients and I can always be ahead of the rest. Communication and customer service are the cornerstone of my business.
