🌿 Yesterday marked a major milestone at Lone Star Ranch!

Our team joined developer John Cotner as •Phase 4• went before the Canyon County Commissioners for final county signoffs and the signing ceremony, marking an important step for the fourth and final phase of the community.

For us, it was more than another step in the development process. ✨

Long before Lone Star Ranch, this was Huff ground. Huff Farms dates back to 1946, and today approximately 117 acres of that farm have been transformed into Lone Star Ranch Community, a custom-home community of 90 one-acre homesites (+/-).

Today, Lone Star Ranch stands as one of Canyon County’s premier luxury custom-home communities, with its fourth and final phase now officially moving forward.
