Congratulations to Bryce on his NEW HOME! 🏡❤️
It was such a pleasure working with him, and I’m so excited for him to make amazing memories in his beautiful new home!🏡❤️🔑

It is SOOOOO nice!! 😍

I always tell my clients that when you walk into the one, you’ll usually know. Bryce and I toured homes for a couple of weeks, and with each one, you could tell the homes were just “okay” to him—but they weren’t the one.

Then we walked into this home… and everything changed. ❤️

He completely lit up and was smiling ear to ear. You could just tell he knew this was it. He was confident this was the one! 🏡✨
We canceled all the other tours we had scheduled that evening and immediately put in an offer.
And unless you’re a real estate agent, you don’t always realize everything that happens behind the scenes after that offer is submitted. I can tell you I had to work hard, stay on top of things, and be persistent to make sure we got this one!
