Another one closed 👩🏼‍💻

This one had to be God doing his handy work. These clients wanted to relocate back to ID from CA. They knew once they retired, they were coming back and I feel privileged to be a part of their move back into Idaho.

We put in an offer on a home they loved, and didn’t get it because we were up against multiple offers and their offer was contingent upon the sale of their CA home. They were bummed, but we had to redirect quick because time was almost out and they were only in town for a weekend to find a home. They ended up finding another they liked, but I could sense they were just settling because the clock was ticking. They wanted to push through anyway and decided to throw an offer in. We did exactly that, and got countered back with a less than desirable price. That same morning, I saw another house pop up on the market and it was so similar to the original they fell in love with. I was thrilled, but didn’t want to mention it until we got a response on our offer. The moment we received the counter, I realized they were second guessing that home, so I decided to tell them we had one more option I really wanted them to see. By this time, they’re back down in CA, and it was conveniently 5 minutes from my house, so I ran over there and FaceTimed them to show them. She fell in love and told me to write up an offer asap.

To some, buying a house sight unseen is a scary move, but getting the right professionals in your corner can assure the process is safe and doable. I am thrilled they chose this one and bailed on the other, because they are absolutely in love with it. God was in our corner 🙌🏼

This deal was an absolute privilege to be a part of. This couple worked their butts off all their lives, and retired a bit ago, but finally decided to give back to themselves. They spent their whole lives pouring into others and raising kids/grandkids, and
decided to make the huge decision to buy their dream home. They reached out to me, and only 3 houses in, we found the one that touched every point. They were truly the most genuine and kind people I’ve ever encountered, and I feel so incredibly grateful they allowed me to walk with them as they chose their final home. What an honor it is to be a part of something so huge. God is good.

This is the perfect make-ahead salad if you have a busy week coming up!
Ingredients:

Salad:
• Spring mix
• Handful of sliced strawberries
• Handful of red grapes
• ¼ c. walnuts
• ¼ c. dried cranberries
• ¼ c. feta cheese

Dressing:
• 3 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• A pinch of salt

Instructions:
• Wash the spring mix, dry, and place in a bowl.
• Add the remaining salad ingredients to the bowl.
• Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
• Toss the salad and the dressing together, and serve immediately.

*If making ahead, add the dressing when ready to eat.
