This includes local housing market statistics, home ownership education, member training programs, events, and examine local gove

rnment issues pertaining to real estate. Owning a home or property is purchasing stock in the community. Homeowners have a vested interest. The concept of individual property rights is critical to the American way of life. The Caldwell Board of Realtors along with both the Idaho Association of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors support and promote this concept. We provide educational opportunities for our members. We promote communication within our membership. We serve our community to enhance the quality of life in the Southwestern Treasure Valley. We pledge to promote and preserve private property rights. We will abide by the Realtor Code of Ethics.
