Here is an article about now being the best time to buy; it is written by Dave Ramsey. Just to let you know, here in the Boise valley, we are now seeing homes stay on the market longer and some price adjustments downward. From other articles, I have viewed the low-interest rates are going to be a thing of the past; however, rates are still historically low; I remember when a 6 or 8 % rate was considered low. If you are thinking of purchasing, let me know. I know lenders that can get you on a plan to help you to become a homeowner.
