I just want to cover some questions that I've recently gotten from clients about the current market…

Q) I’m nervous about everything I'm hearing on the news. Should I just rent?
A) If you want to buy a home and can afford the payment, it's still a great time to buy. Rent prices are on the rise and the interest rate on rent is 100%!

Q) Am I going to have to compete with multiple offers?
A) I can’t guarantee you won’t have multiple offers, but now there's a large increase of inventory, giving you a much better chance at being the only offer.

Q) Am I stuck with this payment forever?
A) No! Marry the loan, date the payment. If rates go down you can refinance in the future!
