Winter Weather Notice: Cold Weather & Snow Preparedness
Residents,
As we approach hopefully the last snow event this winter, the forecast indicates a potential winter weather event that may include freezing temperatures and snow. Please review the information below to help protect your apartment home and to support the safety of our community.
Office Operations
-The leasing office may operate on a modified schedule due to weather conditions. If any changes to office hours occur, we will communicate updates to residents as soon as possible.
Cold Weather Precautions
-Protect Your Pipes
-Maintain your thermostat at 60°F or higher at all times, including when you are away.
-Open cabinet doors beneath sinks to allow warm air to circulate around plumbing.
-During extreme cold, allow faucets to drip slightly to help reduce the risk of frozen pipes.
Snow and Ice Safety
-Use caution when walking on sidewalks, stairways, and in parking areas, as surfaces may become slick.
-Our team will monitor conditions and apply salt to sidewalks and common walkways as needed.
-If driving is necessary, please use extra care and allow additional travel time.
Additional Reminders
-Report heating issues or urgent maintenance concerns immediately so we can assist promptly.
-Keep windows and doors closed to maintain indoor heat and prevent drafts.
