After a 6-month journey (including a full eviction process), we finally closed escrow for our Seller and friend. 🙌
There was a tenant in the home who refused to leave, and unfortunately, the property was not being managed by a property manager—so we stepped in to help guide our client through the eviction process. 🏠⚖️

The tenant left the home in rough condition—rat droppings throughout, and major neglect 😣. But with some cleanup, we were able to present it as an Investor cash-only opportunity and get it sold 💼💵
