This transaction was more personal than most, but finding an amazing family to call it home made it easier.
We bought this property from the bank back in 2017. I came across it and wanted to purchase it as a flip. I brought my wife out to see it and that’s when we decided that this is where we would move our growing family.

Just closed on this purchase escrow! This one will be a long-term hold. The home is a wreck but includes 2 parcels totaling almost an acre that is zoned multi-family and will allow for the addition of up to 8 more units. Utilizing Californias current ADU laws we will be able to streamline the additional units with less fees and less red tape.
Not saying I’m a fan of what CA is doing with the ADU push but I will take advantage of this opportunity to create passive income!
We are in a tough market but there are still projects that pencil, especially with the current ADU push from the state.
