Rome was not built in a day but we are dedicated to making things right. Nobody can say that we are not, keeping our word. First new heating and ac unit going in today. As they arrive they will be installed. Septic and water infrastructure high priority because it affects everyone ...then Hot water...running water, heat and skirting around the bottoms are top priority right now on the individual basis. Then we can move to the next set of issues. Unfortunately the weather turned to fast and the roofs have to be put on hold until the warm weather comes back.

Currently there is 1 dumpster on site. It will be emptied and a 2nd dumpster will be added. These dumpsters are for the residents ONLY! not for friends, family, co-workers etc. Please we are trying to improve your community. Please help us by enforcing the community rules. We are hoping to make daily life a little easier by eliminating the trip to the dump. We hope this helps a little.

So take advantage of the dumpster and get your before the holiday clean out going.
