Dynasty Properties is looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Techs with experience in general maintenance. Good pay, with full benfits! Duties would include being able to do basic plumbing, minor electric, paint, drywall repairs, lay flooring, and basic carpentry repairs. The position is full time, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. Must have tools, driver's license, and vechicle. Monday thorugh Friday, 8 to 5. Looking for immediate hire. Wage scale based on experience.
