Closing # 2 : My first dual deal! Where I was able to sell my clients home for over 22k asking price AND put my buyers in a home that I KNEW would be perfect for them!

•I’ve been so crazy busy(hallelujah ) lol that I barely have had time to post my personal is that a CTC meme 🤣 but Thanking God in advance for my upcoming closing?! Whew chile.. Real Estate gets real real 😩😵‍💫 at times! But we here!

First was able to do me a solid at 6:30pm.. who knows where I was but she was able to help me out then I had a MLS error 🥴and couldn’t download any of the forms she and came through again! THEN came through with the amazing approved client & went above and beyond to make the sellers agent very comfortable to accept our deal!
