Closing out transaction #49 for 2025. Planned for closing #50 to happen tomorrow, but it looks like its being pushed out to 2026. So here's to the end of my best year yet. (Year #14). Hoping to hit 50 transactions, over 12.5 million in production in 2026 to exceed this year and have a new "best year yet".
