As part of the transition, customers currently enrolled in autopay using a debit or credit card will need to re-enroll through the new online payment system once it becomes available on May 26.

Customers enrolled in automatic bank draft payments directly from their checking or savings account do not need to take any action. Those bank draft payments will continue uninterrupted during the transition.

UPDATE: The previous boil water advisory has been lifted for the following information. Thank you for your patience during the testing process. The test came back all clear. You may resume with your normal use of water.

5/21/26*** AN UPDATE OF WATER OUTAGE AND BOIL WATER THIS MORNING ***

There have been 2 main breaks during the night for some of our customers. The area without water this morning should only be Bone Drive to D**e Road. There is a boil water issue for the area from Bone Drive to Bethel Tower and all the way down Little Bear Highway, that also includes the side roads of it. D**e Road is NOT included in this boil water.

The 1st break was fixed at 6am this morning and the other break happened right after that. Our guys are working to get it complete as quickly as they can. Thank you for your patience!
