Interest rates have dropped again! Great time to buy! Watch for all the new Spring listings, and for assumable mortgages. There are lots of creative ways to keep your interest rate down. Plus, it's a buyers market right now, so happy home buying! Sellers, if you price at a competitive market price, your home will sell. There are buyers out there, but there have been massive price corrections after the surge in 2022. If you list too high, your house will sit. Look at the current stats. Don't look at listing prices, look at sold prices. What sellers want and what they actually get is drastically different. Lots of desperate agents willing to list properties way above their actual value and the houses just sit and don't even have showings. If you want to sell, this is a buyers market. There's a lot more inventory available than buyers, so be competitive!
