If you’re thinking about selling…
who you hire matters more than anything else.

Not all agents are the same.

Here’s what you should actually be looking for:

Someone who tells you the truth about price, not just what you want to hear.

Someone who has a real strategy, not just “we’ll put it on the MLS and see what happens.”

Someone who understands marketing, because exposure drives showings, and showings drive offers.

Someone who can negotiate,
because that’s where you either win or leave money on the table.

And someone who can guide you through the process
without creating more stress.

The market has changed.
The approach needs to change with it.

Choose accordingly.

This one wasn’t easy at all… the escrow had its moments, a lot of back and forth, a few times it could’ve gone sideways, but we stayed in it, kept pushing, kept solving, and got it closed.

That’s really what this comes down to. Deals don’t fall apart because they’re bad… they fall apart when people stop working them. This one made sense, so we saw it through.

Now we shift to ex*****on and see how it performs on the back end.

If you’re looking at investing, just understand, it’s not always smooth, but when the numbers are right, you don’t quit on it. You figure it out.

In my opinion, it comes down to four things…

Price. Condition. Marketing. Strategy.

If one is off… it won’t sell.

I’m seeing too many sellers stuck in what the market used to be…
not what it is today.

And that’s where they lose.
