Joe Markiewicz "Your Ventura County Realtor" Hey! My name is Joe and I’m a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker. Helping you achieve your Real Estate and Shortly thereafter I bought my first home at 22 years old.

My name is Joe and I’m a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker in Westlake Village, CA. I got my real estate license and became one of the youngest real estate agents in my office. I’m a second-generation realtor so you can say real estate was in my blood. I was raised by the areas best experts, Top #1 Realtors in Ventura County and Multi-Million Dollar Producers since 1978. From my upbringing, I had a solid foundation of real estate and all that it entailed but I really fell in love with it when I started working with my clients. The entire process of buying and selling real estate is so exciting and fun for me. I love the sales and marketing aspect of selling homes and having the opportunity to meet new people. Since starting in real estate I have sold homes ALL over Ventura County.
