The grass isn't any greener!!!!
I see agents leaving real estate companies in search of more! Truth is almost all agents are a tad concerned and a bit frustrated and frightened by this market. In my 35 year career I have seen around 4 of these markets. They come, but they go too.
But, the problem isn't your company, it's the agents continuous thought that another company is the answer. Learn what you can in a down market, be ready to strike and be your best when things change, and they always do.
Don't run around looking for a greener pasture, it's right here where you are now in most cases. And especially if you are with Keller Williams ❤️👏🏼😎
