Sometimes the plan changes… and it turns into something even better.

A decade ago, I helped him sell his first home — and since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping him purchase homes that fit each new phase of life along the way. Watching that evolution has been pretty special.

Now, I had the distinct honor of helping him secure a beautiful home in Simi Valley, closer to family and ready for a whole new adventure.

This one was special. 🤍

This Camarillo home wasn’t just a house—it was where these sellers raised their children, built traditions, celebrated milestones, and created a lifetime of memories. Letting go of a home like that takes heart, and I’m so grateful to have worked with sellers who were not only proud of their home, but who cared deeply about who would love it next.

We were lucky in every way—an incredible agent on the buyer side who also happens to be a dear friend , and the sweetest buyers who are so excited to make this house their home.

At the final walkthrough, both families were there. Kids playing together, laughter in the yard, stories being shared. It truly felt like a passing of the torch—and a reminder of why I love what I do.
