Maintenance Technician – Multi Site Property
We are seeking a reliable and professional Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in Cambria, Christopher and Sesser area . This position requires a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Note: Starting Pay 21.00 and .50 mileage
Key Responsibilities:
Complete daily work orders in a timely manner
Perform routine grounds maintenance and property clean-up
Troubleshoot and repair appliances (HVAC/Plumbing experience is a plus)
Prepare apartments for new residents (unit turns)
Coordinate with vendors for service calls
Participate in after-hours for emergency maintenance
Requirements:
Experience in apartment or building maintenance, construction, or a related field
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, team members, vendors, and residents
Must maintain professionalism and courtesy with tenants and staff
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
