NOW OFFERING A NEW SERVICE !!

We are now offering WALK AND TALK INSPECTIONS. Many buyers are foregoing home inspections due to the Hot housing market. These inspections are intended to help bridge that gap. We will walk through the home with you and address any areas of concern you might have or we find during the inspection. These are not “ home inspections “ but simply a visual opinion of a professional inspector to aid in your decision making. No report is generated but we encourage clients to take pictures. Inspections generally cost between $75 & $100. The cost would be deducted from a full inspection if would decide to have one at a later date. Give us a call to schedule. 740-825-9241
