Now they are on their way back up. By the end of this year they could be back at or above 4%!!!

Snapshots from my hometown Brockton and the town next over, Easton

Inventory is slightly up from a year ago today in Brockton and Easton. What's more significant is the average price on a single family home has increased drastically. 53% INCREASE in Easton and almost a 10% INCREASE in Brockton.
