🏡 You do NOT have to love everything about a house for it to be the right house.

Paint, flooring and fixtures can change. Location, lot size and school district? Those are a little harder to fix. 😂

A big part of buying is knowing the difference between something you don’t like and something that should actually make you walk away.

That’s part of my job too … helping you figure out which is which.

If you’ve had that thought lately, you’re definitely not the only one.

And no, asking a Realtor what your home might be worth does NOT mean you have to put a For Sale sign in the yard next week. 😂

Sometimes you’re just curious.

Sometimes you’re trying to decide whether moving would even make financial sense.

🏡 I spend a lot of time looking at houses, so naturally I have opinions. 😂

There are things I absolutely love in a house and things I would personally never choose.

But that’s one of my favorite parts of real estate. The house one person walks into and immediately says “absolutely not” is sometimes exactly what the next person has been looking for.

There really is a buyer for just about every house.

So now I’m curious…

Neither are the Cleveland Browns, and we haven’t given up on them yet. 😂 So don’t give up on your homeownership dreams just because your credit isn’t perfect either.

Your credit score is only one piece of the puzzle. Income, debt, credit history and individual lender requirements all matter too.
