Nick Mescia Realty Hello! My first experience with real estate begain in the mid 1990's as an undergraduate student at the College Of Charleston in beautiful Charleston, SC.

I marketed and managed four rental properties in exchange for free accommodation—still one of my favorite deals! Many years later, I remodeled and sold my own properties and loved the work so much I began to pursue real estate professionally. In-between I lived and worked in Tokyo as an executive recruiter and in Miami in social science research and management consultant helping non-profits to operate more effectively. Real estate allows me to be creative and exercise my knowledge of research and the market while working closely with my clients to help them succeed—it's a great fit! I love what I do. The current real estate environment provides unique opportunities and challenges for SELLING and BUYING, and you're going to need someone you can trust who understands the market. I partner with my clients and offer a full-service personalized boutique experience and am your only point of contact throughout.
