When we first met at an open house, they were focused on finding the right condo.

After months of searching, asking questions, and keeping an open mind, they found something they hadn't expected... a wonderful single-family home in Wakefield.

Sometimes the right home isn't the one you expected to buy.

I'm so happy they didn't settle for less than what they really wanted.

Wishing them many happy years in their new home. I'll miss our fun weekends together, but I couldn't be happier for them.

When looking at a home, it's easy to focus on the kitchen, the finishes, or the paint colors.

Don't forget to notice the natural light. The direction a home faces, the time of day, and even what's outside the windows all affect how a room feels, and those things are much harder to change than paint or countertops.

Some homes just feel special. I'm so happy for my buyer on this beautiful first-floor condo in a stunning Victorian between Porter and Davis Squares. The location is hard to beat, with off-street parking and plenty of architectural charm. Congratulations. This one was worth the wait.
