After several successful years in restaurant business, David’s business grew to 5 locations through out Boston. David then wanted to explore other avenues so he got in to real estate business in 2000, he sold his five Restaurants and transferred his extensive energy and passion to Real estate market, where he grows to be a thriving agents in real estate market. David sold his last Restaurant in Cambridge in 2005. In 2006 David opened his own REMAX Office in Brighton MA but after 3 years he recognized that he enjoys selling and listing real estate more then being a Broker/Owner. David possesses remarkable negotiating skills, and maintains lengthy working relationships with lots of local agents. He believes in providing customer service beyond customer’s expectation. He also has broad knowledge in condominium & commercial real estate development projects. David also believes in giving back to the community therefore he is active in many charitable organizations such as Children’s Miracle, Minor League Baseball, Susan G. Komen foundation for breast cancer research, and Red Cross. Operating successful businesses in Cambridge for over 20 years, has provided David an extensive knowledge of city of Cambridge and it’s neighborhood. Why joined REMAX Destiny? From my early days in REMAX, I took a liking to Paul Turcotte. He was always pleasant, helpful and of course a great smile which is quiet infectious, not to mention REMAX Destiny is a very well established office with years of vast experience in REAL Estate. I also believe my 21 years of presence in Cambridge as business owner has familiarized me with the city of Cambridge in a broad aspect.
