✅ Fact: The end-of-summer buyer September all the way to mid Octotober has serious buyers out there. ⁣

The casual browsers do thin out. But the people still looking as summer winds down usually have a real reason to move especially a job change, There are fewer tire-kickers, more motivated buyers, and less competition from other listings. Selling as summer ends can mean a smaller pool of buyers who are far more likely to actually make an offer. The last few weeks of August do slow down before it picks up again though. ⁣
