How It Works:
This is essentially an insurance policy paid by the tenant - and they still pay a security deposit on top of it.
The Lease Guarantee Program Covers:
✅ Rent defaults
✅ Lease breaks
✅ Vacancy exposure (if properly documented)
✅ Security deposit coverage for damages and fees
Typical Coverage & Pricing (Paid by Applicant):
Approved Applicants: 50 - 85% of one month's rent (one-time fee)
Includes: 1 month rent coverage + 1 month deposit coverage
Conditional Applicants: 60 - 90% of one month's rent
