For more than a decade, have watched shared living morph into 20 different flavors - from corporate coliving to faith-based intentional communities. Eager to experiment with grandparents who have grandkids in more than one city to experiment with a new kind of shared access. Seasonal access for active baby boomers who share similar values and want to leverage the new "ADU by Right" law in Massachusetts. That long overdue zoning reform will unleash 950,000 lots across the state for radically affordable housing for friends who function as "families of choice." Unlike some other home sharing models, Accessory Dwelling Units give everyone their own space.
