PNK Group USA has completed a 306,000-square-foot build-to-suit manufacturing and distribution facility for Rinnai America Corporation in Griffin, Georgia.

The grand opening ceremony took place in late April 2026, bringing together local officials, project partners, and community members. The transaction was brokered by Savills North America, with Maximilian Schneider and Tom Kubis representing the tenant.

The facility was built using PNK Group’s proprietary Building Assembly Set (BAS) technology, ensuring high precision and accelerated construction timelines.

PNK Group USA is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 24-acre site in Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania - marking our entry into a new submarket and furthering our strategic expansion across the Northeast.

The site is planned for the development of PNK Reading at Route 222, a modern industrial facility of approximately 220,000 square feet. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q2 2026.

The facility offers direct access to I-76 and I-78, supporting regional and Northeast distribution operations.

PNK Group Expands Its East Coast Presence with New Industrial Site in Newburgh, NY

PNK Group has acquired a 35.5-acre site in Newburgh, New York, marking its first project in the state. The planned 262,000 SF industrial facility will support regional and national distribution across New England, the Tri-State area, and the Mid-Atlantic, reaching up to one-third of the U.S. population within a 24-hour truck drive.

The project will feature 28 loading dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, a 210’ truck court, 41 trailer parking spaces, and 186 car parking spaces, and will be delivered using PNK Group’s proprietary Building Assembly Set (BAS) technology.

PNK Group Breaks Ground on the PNK Waterford Project in Southern New Jersey

PNK Group USA has officially started construction on the 268,000-square-foot multi-functional facility, which is located on a 53-acre site in Waterford Township, Camden County. The project is strategically positioned near major transportation routes, providing easy access to I-295, the NJ Turnpike, and key metropolitan areas.

PNK Group has acquired the 37-acre Baker Hollow site in Windsor, CT, where two industrial facilities totaling 420,000 SF will be developed. The site is just two miles from I-91, offering excellent connectivity across the Northeast Corridor.

Located within the Hartford metropolitan area, the project provides access to over 44 million people and is surrounded by major corporate neighbors including Amazon, Trader Joe’s, and Home Depot.

This marks PNK Group’s second transaction in the region in 2025, further expanding its East Coast presence.

PNK Group USA Leases Industrial Building to ModCorr in Allenwood, PA

PNK Group has signed a long-term lease with ModCorr, LLC for a 252,282 SF facility at PNK Park Allenwood @ Great Stream Commons. The deal was completed in collaboration with Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania LLC

A second building — PNK Allenwood 5 (478,388 SF) — is currently available for lease. It offers KOZ tax incentives through 2027, 104 dock doors, and direct rail access.

PNK Group USA has acquired a 53-acre industrial site in Waterford, Camden County, with plans to develop a 270,000 SF facility. The project strengthens the company's growing presence in New Jersey and supports the region’s industrial and logistics infrastructure.

Strategically located at the intersection of Routes 30 and 73—with direct access to I-295 and the New Jersey Turnpike—the site offers immediate connectivity to key transportation corridors and access to a 35-million-strong population within a 150-mile radius, including New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C.

The development is part of a 20-year PILOT (Payment In Lieu Of Taxes) program, offering significant tax benefits to future tenants. Construction will utilize PNK Group’s proprietary Building Assembly Set (BAS) system, which allows for faster and more efficient project delivery through standardized, large-format components manufactured at the company’s own facilities.

This week, our manufacturing facility in Georgia welcomed key regional brokers and a delegation from Development Authority of Walton County.

During the visit, guests were introduced to our innovative Building Assembly Set technology — a modular construction approach in which all components are prefabricated at the factory and then assembled on-site like a construction set, significantly reducing project delivery timelines.

Tour participants had the opportunity to observe the full production cycle of our reinforced concrete elements, including:
