🏡 Cheers to another season in Midcoast Maine Real Estate! We love an excuse to celebrate our people, and the annual picnic is one of our favorite traditions. This past Sunday, our agents traded their offices for the barn at Harmony Hill Farm, and even a downpour couldn't put a damper on the fun. 🎉

Day Boat Cafe cooked up a feast: lasagna, brisket, pesto chicken, garlic potatoes, roasted veggies, and more. Pam Burgess topped it off with an incredible pie spread, and we had a sundae bar too! Our Agent Support Team kept spirits high with a fall rum punch and a lineup of games, including REMAX Jaret & Cohn BINGO, Guess The Sold Price, and Name That Tune (Home/Maine/80's edition).

🎉 Moving from the island of Islesboro to a 25-acre private property in Waldoboro was the culmination of a dream for this Midcoast Maine buyer. And to him, working with REALTOR® Eileen Kaatz was a no-brainer.

The “must haves” were simple: plenty of land, and pure solitude. This property delivered. There were a few improvements needed before closing, but the buyer had no problem having those needs met with Eileen on his side for negotiations.
