Job description:

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on repair skills and proven leadership abilities to help coordinate maintenance operations across multiple residential properties.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and inspections (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
Supervise and support junior technicians and contractors
Prioritize and manage daily work orders efficiently
Ensure properties are kept to high safety and quality standards
Communicate effectively with property management and tenants
Requirements:

3+ years of property maintenance experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance tools
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Bilingual a Plus !!
