Big congratulations to Frank DiMondi and his partners on their exciting new adventure to transform the historic Old Post Office in downtown Dover into a vibrant mixed-use space featuring apartments and retail opportunities.
Projects like this are about more than construction - they’re about preserving history, revitalizing communities, and creating new opportunities for people to live, work, and gather in the heart of our city.
