I enjoy problem solving and fixing things and I am ready to serve the vacation property owners in the Lake of the Ozarks! Previous employers have found me to be trustworthy and hard working.

Over the past 15 years, my work experience has focused on repairing and maintaining real estate and equipment including ATM machines and electric scooters. During this time, I also successfully purchased, remodeled and 'flipped" real estate.

Most recently, I lived in St. Louis, MO and successfully served as an AIrBnB host/manager earning a "Superhost" status and 4.9 star reviews. The key to this success was identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. In addition, I managed a fleet of 120 electric scooters in the St. Louis metropolitan area and was a top ranked manager.
