Pat and Susan purchased the resort in 2021 and are here to provide you with the a great experience. Located 9 miles north of Camdenton on highway 5 and 2.5 miles from Greenview down lake road EE, Breezy Point Resort is your get-a-way destination. From the water we are on the 2.5 mile marker of the Little Niangua where the water is calm for great fishing and boating. Owned and operated locally sin

ce 1977. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom air conditioned/heated non-smoking units are located 30 feet from the lake and have been remodeled and are nicely decorated. We furnish all bed linens, with customers bringing bath and kitchen towels. Full kitchens include all place settings and cooking equipment as well a dedicated Weber grill. Cable TV is in all units as well as resort wide WIFI. We have a nice sand beach with a protected area for floating next to the sun deck. Our heated fishing dock allows for year round fishing with 2 cleaning stations. If you are bringing your own boat we have 10 padded boat slips with electricity for rent in our covered dock. We provide trailer storage at no charge. Spring summer or fall, you will find no better place than Breezy Point Resort.

At just 2 weeks old, little Parker is already making lake memories at Breezy Point Resort! 💙

She joined her big sister Raegan (2½ years old) for a family getaway at the lake, making Parker our youngest guest ever.

What makes this even more special is that her extended family has been coming to Breezy Point since 1989. For more than 35 years, they've made the lake a part of their family story, and now a new generation is continuing the tradition.
