I met this client in a transaction. He was selling a commercial property and was represented by a different agent. I represented the buyer for this property and we closed it successfully.

He was very dissatisfied with the agent he was working with and when it came time to sell his daughter’s residential property he called me.

$15k over ask in 2 days!

Great to work with the same client but it’s way more fun when we are on the same team!
