Apartment complex looking for a full time maintenance technician.
Must be A/C certified. Must have own tools and transportation.
Job duties include but not limited to: grounds keeping, make readies, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing, A/C repair, and painting.
Benefits offered after 90 days.
Must be able to work on call after hours.
